Doing breakfast early isn’t easy, and if you are a night person, it’s almost impossible to do it. However, if you are running short on time or already have a lot on your plate, a few shortcuts might be helpful. Breakfast it’s the most important meal of the day, and you shouldn’t skip it because you don’t have time.

Ready to go smoothies
Sometimes stuffing ourselves in the mornings is the worst way to go, and smoothies are breakfast too. There are many combinations, like green juices, fruit smoothies, and a mix of both. You can assemble the blends you like the most and freeze them for up to two weeks. Thanks to this, you can just open any mason jar you want that day, blend it and call it breakfast.
Bake what you can
You can bake eggs or oats and get something done while you are doing anything else. Baked eggs are equally good as fried eggs, and the baked ones save you time. Combine them with vegetables and cheese, and you have a full breakfast in 10 minutes in the oven. Next, with the oats; it’s the same process, put some oats, milk, peanut butter, and fruits in the oven for 10 minutes, and that’s it.
Save parfaits for the week
Ensemble parfaits are easiest as putting yogurt, oats, chia, fruits, and maybe some greens. Take all the mason jars you own and pre-made all the meals of the week, mix fruits, proteins, and sweets, and save that for at least 2 weeks. Then, you can just grab and go every morning without having to cook for anybody.
Use oats
Oats can be cooked, you can eat them raw, and you could blend them and make them smoothies. In other words, this is the perfect option if you don’t have enough time, and you want to have a healthy breakfast. We recommend putting them in a jar with some milk and mixing them with cinnamon, honey, yogurt, and something crunchy.
Save ready to cook preparations
You can save pancakes, boiled eggs, or handmade dry mixes for muffins or more. Try to save some time on the weekend and cook the essentials of every breakfast. In the freezers, pancakes can last for a month, at least, and the boiled eggs can last 2 weeks in the fridge. After that, you can heat them a little and serve them with some fruits before you go.
