Ed, 29, and Cherry, 28, spent the last few months of their pregnancy at the couple’s home in Suffolk, England. For both of them, the coronavirus pandemic was the perfect excuse to keep out of sight and keep the pregnancy low-key.
Sheeran and Seaborn were high school sweethearts and, after a few years, they met again and “there were fireworks”, as the singer revealed in “Put it all on me”, the video released in December 2019.
Also, in December last year, Sheeran announced that he was taking a break from both touring and social media.
He also said he would return with new music “when the time is right, and I’ve lived a bit longer to have something to write about”, for example, his newfound fatherhood.
The news that he was going to be a father came a bit after the singer said he had problems with addictions and that his wife helped him overcome them.
Today he gives us the release of his latest single and video clip: Bad Habits.
“I always try to push myself and my music in new directions, and I hope you hear that in the new single. It feels great to be back,” Sheeran told fans, who will also debut the track on stage at his upcoming appearance on the UEFA (Union of European Football Associations) special broadcast today on TikTok.
Following the release of his album “Divide” in 2017, which featured tracks such as “Shape of You” and “Galway Girl”, Ed Sheeran was part of the album “No. 6 Collaborations Project” in 2019, which featured appearances from Justin Bieber, Eminem, Cardi B, Camila Cabello, among many others. There is still no date for his new album.
Today he reappears with a new song and a message about bad habits. What do you think of Ed Sheeran’s reminder in his latest music video clip? Or is this a redemption song due to his fatherhood?
