His eras in his albums
We separated every important Justin era in a way you could understand them better. Every album has his signature talent, but they are quite different, showing how his age and style influence his music.
My world 2.0
His first album hit really hard in 2010, and Baby was everywhere. Every radio played the song, MTV played the video non-stop, and the teen era of pop reached its peak that year thanks to all the young stars in the rising. He recorded major hits on this album, every song that made him famous is here. Another highlight of this era is the influences of Usher, who discovered him, and many of the producers, who were experts in R&B.
We also must mention Under the Mistletoe here, and the documentary Never Say Never. We know that Under the Mistletoe isn’t his biggest album, but it was his last album before changing his style a bit and himself. This is why it’s so important, and because Mistletoe was one of the biggest seasonal hits.
Believe
This is the album where we see the real changes for the first time. Justin isn’t a kid anymore, and we can see the change of topic in his songs, how he changes as a person, and the reinvention of his sound. When he released this album, he was 18 years old, and he had a few run-ins with the law and a lot of scandals behind him. Even though this wasn’t a huge success, he kept it together long enough for his big era. We recommend songs like The Beauty and Beat, Boyfriend, and As long as you Love Me from this album.
Purpose
Nobody predicted how big it would be Purpose, because everybody was suddenly listening to his songs. He became much more pop and did collabs with DJs and Iconic artists, like Diplo, Skrillex, and Ed Sheeran. This is the album that skyrocketed him for a second time, being one of the best albums from 2015.
Thanks to Purpose, Justice, and Changes could be born to be the incredible albums they are now. After all his changes to his sound, he reached the one we love today and nailed it. Right now, not only Justice is one of the best albums of 2021, he is the star of the year, and we couldn’t be happier.
Justice
‘Peaches’, ‘Holy’, ‘Lonely’ and many hits more were born on this album. As the latest album of Justin, we can see that this one it’s the peak of his grown. The sounds are more polished, we can see that his style it’s more cohesive, and finally, we see a more mature — without scandals — version of him. Also, he speaks about how growing under the spotlight affected him and how he is in a better place right now. Thanks to this album, he won artist of the year, and he reached a peak in his career as a singer and songwriter.
