We recommend you to watch it; however, we will tell you the overall message. She opens the video with the question “What do we want from our heroes” and then she said “What do we expect of them? What do we need from them? What happens when they surprise us? When you have the attention of the world, everything you do takes on a bigger meaning”.
With this, Taylor reaffirms her posture over mental health. She already spoke about how she suffered from anxiety and depression. Also, she opened up about her eating disorder in an interview with Vanity Fair. With this being said and after the emotional video, we can be sure that this queen will always support any positive posture about this subject.
Biles made her comeback on Tuesday, re-entering the competition and winning a bronze medal. Even with the bronze, she kept the title of the most decorated gymnast of all time.
