How the Grinch Stole Christmas
This movie from the 2000 get into live action, the story developed by Dr. Seuss. I think we all know our absolutely lovable and grumpy protagonist. The Grinch lives alone in the remote mountains of Whoville. Something makes him unique he is green and hates Christmas. One day little Cindy Lou who believes in the holiday spirit try to change that and show him to enjoy it. You certainly will laugh and discover the real value of this holidays. As a matter of fact, you should know that the Grinch was originally black and white with pink eyes according to the storybook of Dr. Seuss, but thanks to the director Chuck Jones of the first animated movie in 1996, he earned his iconic green color ¿You want to get into Christmas spirt? Come on, don´t be as Mr. Grinch, enjoy this movie this December as it is the first time!
Elf
This 2003 comedy quickly became a Christmas classic. Here we meet Buddy, an orphan who was raised as an elf at the North Pole. When he discovers that he was adopted, he decides to go to New York City to look for his biological father, who he doesn’t know exists. On this journey he enters the human world without losing his Christmas elf spirit. As an added bonus, although the film is set in New York, it was filmed in Vancouver and the actors had to travel to the city to film in the city. A charming, good natured comedy for all familiy to enjoy. Will Farrell’s performance is out of this world. You won’t stop laughing, I’m telling you!
The Polar Express
Choo- Choo! All on board! Nothing is more magical than The Polar Express. In this movie from 2004, we follow the story of a young boy who in disbelief of Christmas, joins a train that heads to the North Pole to meet Santa Claus. In this journey with the company of new friends he learns the value of friendship and that magic never fades away for the ones that keep believing. The Polar Express revolved the industry as being listed as the first all-digital capture film in 2006 Guinness Book of World Records. Tender, emotional and a childhood portrait. This movie is a must in your Christmas movie list!
